YUMMMMMMMMM! I loved this because it was another way to use the imitation crab meat in such a delicious way! I made the recipe just as indicated, although I did add some chopped celery for some crunch, a little more lemon juice, and some more seasonings. It was served with crackers at our small group meeting and many enjoyed it! You can be sure I'll be making this again! Thanks for a keeper!
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package light sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) package imitation crabmeat
- 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
