This crab spread tastes like the kind that grocery stores put out as samples. I like that I can make it healthy and less expensive.

Directions

  1. Place crab in food processor and process until it is in small pieces.
  2. Remove to mixing bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Chill.
  5. Serve with crackers.

YUMMMMMMMMM! I loved this because it was another way to use the imitation crab meat in such a delicious way! I made the recipe just as indicated, although I did add some chopped celery for some crunch, a little more lemon juice, and some more seasonings. It was served with crackers at our small group meeting and many enjoyed it! You can be sure I'll be making this again! Thanks for a keeper!

It was a good way to use imitation crab but was bland - needed more seasonings. We served with crackers but also put on toast and topped with cheese then broiled til golden brown.
