This recipe comes from a now closed Charleston, SC seafood restaurant that was famous for this dip. Very easy to make and tasty! I like to serve with Captain's Wafers.

I had a little crab left over from dinner last night and went for this recipe because of its ease. I didn't want to bake anything in the oven.
The only change I made after trying it, was adding the juice of half a lemon. That really brightened this up and made it a winner for me and my tasters.
Served it with french bread cubes and carrots.
