Easy Cornbread - Sour Cream - Super Moist

This is one of the easiest recipes! This is a great dish to take to a holiday party, pot luck or Super Bowl. My mom gave me the recipe a couple years ago. The diced jalapenos is optional depending on your audience.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup margarine or 12 cup butter
  • 1 (8 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 2 ounces canned diced jalapenos (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingrediants except butter/margarine.
  3. Melt butter/margarine in Brownie Pan (13 x 9) in oven.
  4. Pour mixture into the melted butter in the brownie pan and put in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes.
