Delicious and different recipe for corn as a side dish.
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1⁄2-1 cup butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour into 9x13 casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
