This is a super easy side dish I've ate since I was little. Don't let the name fool you, it won't be of pudding consistency but rather, more brownie/cake like.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 15 14 ounces corn, drained
  • 14 34 ounces creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 14-12 cup melted butter (just depends on how much butter you like)


  1. Pre heat oven 375.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Spray pan ( the bigger the pan, the thinner the dish, the quicker it cooks. I double the recipe and use a 9x13).
  4. Pour mixture into pan and smooth out to edges so it will bake evenly.
  5. Bake 30 min- 1 hour depending on thickness of layer (til knife inserted in center comes out clean).
