  1. Brown pork loins in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Add the onion. Mix the gravy and sour cream and spoon over the pork chops.
  2. Cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes. Make sure this does not boil.
  3. I like to make this with wild rice or egg noodles.
