This is a very easy, very yummy recipe for basic cole slaw.
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (1 lb) bag Dole classic coleslaw (or 1 lb of shredded cabbage)
- Combine all ingredients except for cabbage in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add cabbage and mix.
- Let sit overnight in fridge for best results.
This was easy! I made and took to a church potluck and it was all gone in no time! I shredded the cabbage by hand and added one carrot, shredded. Thank you Mosma!
