I got this recipe from a cookbook I was looking through last night.

  1. In a large bowl, toss all ingredients except egg slices.
  2. Garnish salad with egg slices.

Very good and very simple. Instead of garnishing with the egg slices, I chopped it up and mixed it in. I also added some shredded cheese.
