This is recipe is SO easy! I made a few healthy changes by using whole wheat flour, stevia sugar, and I cant believe its not butter (light). They are so moist and delicious! I will definitely be making these again!

Super easy to make and so delicious!! I used 1 cup stick margarine instead of the butter, which was probably not the smartest thing. When rolling the cookies into balls to roll in the cinnamon sugar, the dough kept sticking to my hands! I had to wash my hands so many times, I probably lost a cookie or two down the drain. Other than that, they were so easy to make. Came out nice and cake-like, with a delicious cinnamon flavor! I ended up with 30 2" cookies, if I had made them the size the author of this recipe said, they would have been huge! Will definitely make these again!
