  1. Sift all dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  2. Ad enough water until dough forms.
  3. Let rise for 2 hrs overnight.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minute Let cool then slice.

I don't know very much about making bread so when I saw the word "Easy" I wanted to read your recipe. The ingredients sound delightful but I find your directions quite vague for the beginner or an inexperienced bread maker such as myself. To the best of my knowledge dry ingredients aren't kneaded or do I see anywhere in the directions for the addition of the butter and raisins. Perhaps in writing your directions there was an over site. Can you please clarify. Thank you.
