A very easy and tasty chocolate snack.

I had to try this because it sounded so weird! It's quite good, very chocolately and not as "jiggly" as regular jello. Since I wasn't sure at first that I would like it, I quartered the recipe and used 4 cups of my 7x3 cm muffin cup tin, which made a nice size.
- 4 (1/4 ounce) envelopesknox unflavored gelatin
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups cold water
- 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate pieces

- In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Stir constantly over low heat 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan chill until firm. To serve, cut into 1 inch squares. Makes about 6 dozen.
- For special variations, stir in 1/2 cup of any of the following: chopped nuts, raisins, marshmallow creme or chopped marashino cherries.
