This goes with a recipe for tropical fruit kebabs, but I find it works great with anything needing a chocolate dip. You can use it as fondue, too.
- 4 dark chocolate squares, broken in pieces
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3⁄4 cup milk
- Put all ingredient in heavy-bottom pan. Heave over the grill or on stove on low heat, stirring constantly.
- When thick and smooth, keep warm, but remove from direct heat.
