I have never thought of making fried rice for breakfast, but this was genius! Super easy, quick & delicious! I added some chopped up leftover ham with the rice and we all really enjoyed this dish. This was a great light lunch with a side of Stir-Fried Vegetables – Ww 1 Point. it was simple to make and and I liked that it didn't have too much "stuff" in it. Thanks for sharing ShowShanti. Made for PAC Spring 2010.
This is so tasty! It has become one of my favourite breakfasts now. Sometimes I add leftover spinach or green beans or something of that nature. Thanks for sharing.
I made homemade fried rice once before years ago and it came out sticky and yucky. But this recipe is awesome and so simple. I used left over brown rice and used a little soy sauce instead of salt - so delicious. Thank you. And I also like that there's not too much stuff in it. And having it for breakfast is a fabulous idea. XOX
