Easy Chinese Chicken Bake

I cut this one in half and marinated for an hour. I didn't have fresh garlic so used garlic powder. Very tasty. Thanks.

  1. Mix all ingredients except the chicken and marinate the chicken in the mix for 30 minutes at room temperature. If you wish to marinate longer, place chicken in the refrigerator.
  2. Bake at 350 for an hour, covered. Uncover and let it bown for another 15 minutes or so.
