This is a fantastic recipe - one of my favorites. It's quick and easy to make, low in fat and it tastes delicious! Great for people on the go (or singletons like myself!) - it makes heaps and stores well in the fridge or freezer, so you can whip it out and chuck it in the microwave whenever.   1. Heat oil in pan.
  2. Add onion and cook on medium heat until softened.
  3. Add the kidney beans and tomatoes, then stir in the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bring to a slight boil.
  5. Simmer for approx 20 minutes (longer if you like), stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with rice.

Yumm!! I did add some garlic (can't help myself). The addition of golden syrup was a twist, (could you be Australian?). This is a definite keeper.

These were good and certainly easy to prepare. I used kidney and romano beans. Although I did not add other spices I felt it needed a bit more. Garlic and Worchest. sauce may have put it over the edge. Still a good recipe to build on.
