  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray a 10 inch ovenproof skillet with cooking spray.
  • Heat chili in skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it simmers. Remove from heat and let stand.
  • Stir Bisquick, milk and egg together until blended.
  • Spoon batter in ring around outer edge of chili.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese over batter.
  • Bake about 20 minutes or until crust is a golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
  • Immediately sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over center.
  • Let stand about 5 minutes.
