I use boneless skinless breasts instead of the drumsticks.
- 1⁄2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 8 chicken drumsticks (2 1/4 lbs.)
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix marmalade, chili powder and salt in a large ziplock bag.
- Add chicken to bag. Seal bag and squeeze and turn to coat chicken.
- Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spoon any excess marmalade mixture over chicken.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
