I use boneless skinless breasts instead of the drumsticks.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix marmalade, chili powder and salt in a large ziplock bag.
  3. Add chicken to bag. Seal bag and squeeze and turn to coat chicken.
  4. Arrange on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  5. Spoon any excess marmalade mixture over chicken.
  6. Bake 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
