This is delicious, and easy to prepare. I used veggie chicken, and skipped the seafood and sausage. I also crumbled veggie bacon on top for some extra flavor and texture. My vegetarian husband gave it high marks. Thanks so much.

Easy is what I like and this was and it was good. I do not like real spicy so just fine. I do not like Okra so I through in some corn. Used some Chicken and Shrimp. No sausage.

This is the most delicious way to use leftover turkey! I think this will now be my standard way to use turkey up after the holidays from now on. Everyone in my family really loved it...even after the 3rd day (it makes a LOT!). Great recipe, thanks for posting it!
