This is easy and tasty, and gives you a chance to use that Hot Pepper Jelly for something besides an appetizer.
- 8 chicken breast halves
- 2⁄3 cup hot pepper jelly
- 2⁄3 cup apple juice
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- Mix the jelly and juice well.
- Put the chicken on the grill and cook till done.
- About 5 minutes before you take it off the grill, brush with the jelly mixture; it would burn if you put it on at the beginning.
