Easy Chicken Lasagne

I wanted an easy skillet recipe for lasagne made with chicken and came up with this. My whole family loved it (9 kids and husband and myself).... I of course made a triple batch (I have adjusted the recipe - adding a bit more sauce). I also layered our noodles, sauce and mozarella cheese in our serving bowl. Enjoy with parmesian cheese!!!

Ingredients:

Servings: 4

• 2 chicken breasts
• ¼ cup dried onions
• 1 teaspoon Italian spices
• 1 teaspoon basil
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 8 ounces cottage cheese
• 1 (26 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
• 1 cup fresh spinach , cut up
• 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
• 1 lb bow tie pasta

Directions:

1. Chop and cook chicken breast until done. While cooking, boil water for pasta.
2. When water is boiling add noodles, cook until tender.
3. Add seasonings to taste.
4. Add cottage cheese, spaghetti sauce, and spinach cook until hot.
5. Drain noodles combine sauce, noodles and mozarella cheese.
