This is an easy prep version of chicken divan... very tasty with broccoli or asparagus! Enjoy!

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Cook broccoli or asparagus until semi-tender, drain and chop.
  3. Combine soup, mayo, curry, lemon juice, and mushrooms in mixing bowl.
  4. Spray 9 x 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
  5. Place broccoli or asparagus evely into dish.
  6. Place chicken breasts over top.
  7. Sprinkle cheese over top.
  8. Cover with sauce mixture.
  9. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  10. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  11. *May substitute dijon mustard for curry powder*.

I loved this, I did not have any curry powder or dijon mustard so I just left it out and it was still great.
