For a farm girl and her family who can't tolerate very spicy foods, this was an amazing curry! I doubled the sauce because we enjoy it so much, added a bag of frozen peas and a sweet potato. Such a good, fast, tasty meal! Can together in 1/2 an hour and just enough heat to make it interesting. Also, I highly appreciated the fact that common ingredients could be used; I hate buying expensive single-use spices! Made for Spring PAC 2010.

I can't plan meals in advance, we never know what we will be in the mood for. I end up going to the grocery store a few times a week, which I love to do anyway. I love making anything from scratch and feel bad for people who never deviate from their 'heat and serve' lifestyle.
