I have made this recipe several times for my bf and my kids. They absolutely love it. It is a very basic recipe, so you may need to adjust it to your taste. Enjoy!!!!
- Bring skinless chicken (breast and thigh meat pieces are best) to boil in 4 cups water. Add seasonings, cover and simmer until meat is white (approximately 1 hour). Remove chicken to platter to cool. (Strain broth; if chicken not boned.) Remove meat from bone and place into broth. Simmer on low while adding 1 inch torn pieces of biscuit dough into chicken and broth. After all dough is added, bring to boil, stirring constantly, then cover and place on low heat for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.
