  • 1 small cooked rotisserie chicken
  • 2 58 ounces country gravy mix
  • 10 ounces chicken gravy
  • 12 ounces buttermilk biscuits
  • 10 ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

directions

  • Pick chicken clean and discard carcass.
  • Add all ingredients except biscuits to a big pot.
  • Bring to a boil. Turn heat down to medium and simmer 25 minute.
  • Quarter biscuit dough, roll into balls, and drop into stew.
  • Cover and simmer 15 more minutes, or until biscuit dough is cooked through.
