Chicken and dumplings that is easy to prepare using leftover roasted chicken

- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (I use leftover roasted)
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- salt and pepper
- Sautee vegetables in a little butter in a large pot. When tender add broth, seasonings and chicken. Bring to boil. Cut each biscuit in half and roll in flour. Drop into boiling mix. Cover simmer with lid approximately 10 minute If broth is not thick enough add a little flour to some water and add to mixture simmer till thickened.
