- 2 (16 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
- 1⁄2 cup oleo (or 1 stick)
- 1 (18 ounce) box white cake mix
directions
- Put pie filling in a 13x9-inch cake pan.
- Melt oleo and combine with the white cake mix.
- Mix to a crumbly mixture.
- Crumble over top the pie filling.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown, about 40 minutes.

What a great alternative to a Dump Cake. Made this for a Graduation Party. It was a big hit. They loved the crunchy top. However I am wondering about the amount of melted butter? Them ixture was like very sof buiscuit dough and not at all like a Streussel Topping. I added more cake mix from a second box. Then refrigerated for 30? Min.. I was then able to pinch of clumps to distribute over the top. Great easy Dessert. Thanks. Koechin/Chef I since talked to the Chef of this recipe and the amount of Butter has been corrected!!! So anyone else using this recipe will have the perfect consistency! :-) -
This was great!! I used both cherry and peach filling. I changed the white cake to a french vanilla one. The mixture was not crumbly, but I spread it on top. I did have to increase the cook time but I figured it was because of the cake mix I used. Thank you for posting!! -
Oh a Big Keeper! Mark loves cherrys. He ate almost all of it. He had to share with the children. The top was good and crispy. Just plain out Easy Good. Thank You

My best dish I make is Lasagna but thats just because I love lasagna.I am also asked to bring No-Bake cookies at all of our potlucks, and linger-longers at church.Meat loaf is another often requested dish I am asked to bring...... NOT MY meatloaf but .... My husbands.
