Easy Cheezy Potato Skins

These can be a side to a burger or an appetizer. I make them for a snack at night. The microwave makes them easy.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Microwave potatoes for 5-6 minutes. Then at 1 minute intervals until soft.
  2. Cut in half and scoop out potato (I save the potato for pierogis or latkes later on).
  3. Put a thin slice of butter on each skin. Sprinkle with onion and bacon bits(and maybe roasted garlic or something). Then top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
