Quick and vegetarian...when i made this, everyone loved it and never knew tofu was the base. Points...0.
- 8 ounces soft tofu, mashed
- 3 tablespoons crumbled gorgonzola
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 1 thinly sliced green onion, with 3 inches of green
- 1⁄4 cup fat free sour cream
- salt, to taste
- Combine all, serve with apple wedges or sesame flatbread.
