This is almost to simple to write out into a recipe. I usually just "dump" into the pot and this is one of the things I came up with. My family really likes this and I like it too because its really simple.
- 1 (16 ounce) package california-blend frozen vegetables
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 15 ounces chicken broth
- 2 inches slice Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
- Heat until cheese melts and vegetables are tender.
