I got this from a friend who makes everything from scratch. It's easy to make and tastes pretty good too! This is good on veggies or for a homemade mac and cheese meal.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 12 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 -16 ounces shredded cheese


  1. Heat oil in pan. Mix in flour, browning slightly.
  2. Add milk, stirring constantly to thicken.
  3. Mix in cheese, allowing it to melt.
