Like the ease of preparation. I chose to sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan on top and let it melt, rather than mixing it in. I felt it would have just clumped everything up to much. Satisfies the craving for pizza without the fuss. :)

This is quick and does taste like pizza, but definitely needs *more cheese* please! It serves two people. Good luck in the contest!

This was good, but given the name, I was really suprised at how little cheese was in it. I appreciated having such a quick and easy dinner, but nest time I will add more cheese, some garlic, and less salt. I think this would be a great dish for kids.

I too made this as part of the "Dining On A $ contest. I added more spaghetti sauce and cheese and I used it as a side dish to orange roughy. I also omitted the pepperoni as DH can't handle the spice. It was certainly a supper easy dish! Thanks for posting!

This recipe was made on 11/15/08 for the "Dining On A $"event. And I'm so glad to be the first one to rate very good recipe. While browning the meat a bit of chopped garlic was added.I didn't have any fresh red bell pepper, so while the water was boiling for the noodles a bit of freeze dried red and green peppers were added to the water. As a personal choice the black olives were omitted, aslo the the salt was left out and garlic powder was used.Other than those changes the recipe was made as directed.I did however add extra mozzerella to the finished dish. ( I love cheese :) )Thank you so much for a wonderful way to use the humble ramen noodle. This will be made again. Thanks for posting and,"Keep Smiling :)"
