  • 198.44 g package corn muffin mix
  • 78.78 ml milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 113.39 g canned diced green chiles, drained
  • 3 slice cheese, chopped

  • Heat oven to 400.
  • Mix muffin mix, milk and egg just until blended.
  • Stir in chiles and cheese.
  • Pour into greased 8 inch square pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
