From Kraft foods. Very good with chili.
- 1 (7 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 ounces canned diced green chiles, drained
- 3 slices cheese, chopped
- Heat oven to 400.
- Mix muffin mix, milk and egg just until blended.
- Stir in chiles and cheese.
- Pour into greased 8 inch square pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into squares.
