Easy Cheesecake Pie

"This recipe is from The Four Ingredient Cookbook. I have made this pie several times and everyone loves it. It is just as good as a regular cheesecake but way easier. It starts out with a store bought graham-cracker pie crust--how much easier can you get?? Perfect for the holidays!! Enjoy!!"

  • Cream the cream cheese and eggs by adding one egg at a time.
  • Add sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour into graham cracker crust and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, or until set.

  1. Remember in prep to make sure cream cheese is room temp. so it's easy to cream.This is also for two pies not one.
