  4. For cheesecake, combine remaining ingredients, excluding the pie filling, and beat until smooth.
  5. Pour over crust.
  6. Bake 15 minute.
  7. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Pour your choice of pie filling/topping over it.
