This cheese sauce is super simple to make, with just 4 ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
- 170.09 g process American cheese, sliced
- 78.07 ml milk
- 1.23 ml onion salt
- 0.06 ml red pepper sauce (optional)
- Put milk, onion salt and pepper sauce into a medium saucepan. Tear cheese into small pieces and add to pan. Heat over medium-low to medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Tasted great over corned beef and cabbage! Would also be good over cauliflower, asparagus and other vegetables.
