- 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream (reduced fat ok)
- 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies (any spiciness)

- In large, microwaveable bowl, cut up the velveeta cheese into easy-to-melt strips.
- Microwave tehe cheese until soft, but not completely melted.
- Add sour cream and green chiles, stir.
- Microwave until completely melted.
