This is so good. I just loved this recipe!
- 2 cups pineapple, chopped
- 2 yellow bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 3 kiwi fruits, peeled and chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mango, chopped peeled
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, chopped seeded
- 1 lime, juice of
- Combine pineapple, bell peppers, kiwi, onion, mango, cilantro, jalapeno and lime juice.
- Cover and chill 2 hours.
- Serve with fish or chicken.
