A friend gave me this recipe. It is a very quick and simple cake recipe. You will love it!
- 1 (18 ounce) box butter pecan cake mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can coconut pecan frosting (approximately 16 oz., could be more or less.)
- 3 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- Mix all together (frosting too) by hand and pour in greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

this recipe is sooo good!i made it with the carrot cake mix instead. i couldn't stop eating it.i know it's going to take me awhile to make a cake from scratch.it doesn't taste like cake mix from a box.it's deli cious.i'm keeping this one.
I love these kind of recipes - the easy ones that actually taste great too! And even after an extensive search for Butter Pecan cake mix -I couldn't wait to put it to the test. It passed and I will be sure to try this one out on company -with a little whipping cream, or vanilla bean ice cream or just warm out of the oven with a glass of milk...now that's comfort food. It almost has a harvest cake flair, love it! Thank you Southern Bell...Yum!
