This was Awesome! I forgot to add the sour cream but it was still delicious. I'm sure that would have made it even better. This is the perfect cure to diet boredom. I used Turkey kielbasa and olive oil cooking spray. It's low fat, low carb, low cal, flavorful, filling, and delicious! Thanks!

Wow! Great flavor - so quick and delicious! We really enjoyed this and will certainly make it again. DH suggested adding some caraway seeds next time so we might do that just for fun. Thanks TLu. Made for Best of 2010.

Quick, easy and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly as written with the exception of adding a little more red pepper flakes. I used reduced fat sour cream which really gave the dish a wonderful creamy taste. I will be making this often in the future. Made for Best of 2010 Cookbooks Game.

YUMM! I used turkey kielbasa and cut back a bit on the carrots, other than that I followed the recipe. DH and I are on a low carb diet and this really fit the bill. Wow, this recipe was easy to make and very tasty.

This was so good TLu. My picky dh was in heaven, as was I. The flavor is outstanding. The vegetables were tender and crisp, while the kielbasa was perfectly carmelized. The entire dish was quick and really easy to make. Tasted just as good as it looked. I really enjoyed the addition of the sour cream as garnish, it mellowed the flavors while complimenting all the ingredients in the dish. I will definitely be making this again, into my keeper box it goes. Kudos on a great dish.

This is so delicious and easy that's it's going straight into my Best of 2010 cookbook! I don't want to forget this baby among the many recipes I try each year. Made as directed using 1/2 head of cabbage; any more cabbage and everything else in it would have been lost. Thanks, TLu! Made for Aussie New Zealand Recipe Swap.

This was very, very good! I used garlic sausage instead of kielbasa and added a little more red pepper flakes. I just ate the leftovers for lunch and it was still good. YUM!

I really like this! I prefer my kielbasa quite carmelized so I browned it well before adding the onion, garlic and shredded carrots. I added the cabbage last and took it off the heat while it still had some texture. Yum!

Very nice and made in a jiffy. I used a Napa cabbage, as I don't really care for the regular type. I also felt it needed some more garlic, along with salt and pepper. :)

Very good. We had this for dinner tonight and enjoyed it very much. It was easy and quick so that was a plus also. I had about 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper -- but we like spicy -- and did not have a carrot. Thanks Tlu. I will be making this again.

Liked this for the ease of prep (especially if you have a food processor), that it is easy on the budget, and quite tasty. I omitted the red pepper as I have a little one that doesn't like hot things. Going straight to my "Quick Fix" cookbook. Thanks TLu.

Tasty and easy to make. I loved the little bit of heat from the red pepper flakes. I used butter instead of olive oil and used lowfat turkey keilbasa, but otherwise followed the recipe. I enjoyed this with a cool dallop of sour cream.. Thanx for posting!

This made a yummy lunch for us. I love cabbage and kielbasa together. I also used already shredded cabbage to make it easier. Made for ZWT4 for the Tastebud Tickling Travellers.

I made this even easier using a bag of shredded cabbage which had shredded carrots as well. Sliced a leftover grilled kielbasa. Thanks!

Made this for supper tonight, being cold and wet it seemed the perfect night to enjoy some old fashioned comfort food. The pinch of red pepper flakes a nice touch. Sliced the kielbasa and made as posted serving with crusty rolls making for an easy evening meal.

Totally a joy to prepare! I had some fresh smoked kielbasa and cabbage from the garden. This such a breeze to put together and taste wonderfully. I didn't break up the kielbasa just put it in a pot with some water for about 25 minutes to cook, added the cabbage, onion, and carrot. I then quick sauted' this mixture and put it on a big plate for our guests "family style". Thanks so much, TLu Made for *ZWT4* June 2008.
