This is wonderful frosting! I've never made a buttercream frosting without using milk. This recipe worked perfectly. The consistency would be perfect for anyone wanting to decorate cakes. I would also say that this is the type of frosting that many would say it's not the "sickening sweet" frosting. Of course for me, I can never have enough sugar. :) Thanks for sharing. Delicious and very simple!
I just finished making this icing, (a half batch because I didn't need a lot), and it is delicious! I cream the butter really well before adding any other ingredients, this helps to give the finished product a nice fluffy texture and light and airy feel.

Simple, easy, and delicious! I had never made frosting before. I used this recipe for gingerbread houses this year and it was great.
