What a great quick little recipe. I cooked exactly as described but added the oyster sauce at the last 30 seconds of cooking so the broccolini really soaked in the sauce. It was fabulous, thanks for sharing.
So simple yet so flavorful & delicious! Will put in my favorites!
A simple basic with lots of flavor and crunch. No need for any seasoning...the oyster sauce adds plenty of salt.
Very good and easy. I used chopped broccoli, with Maito's permission, and we enjoyed this for dinner. Next time I think I will had some fresh minced garlic also. Made for Maito's win in The Best of 2008 Cookbook Swap.
Delicious! A wonderful side dish, particularly good in flavoring for asian meals but equally good for other meals. I served this with Fried Chicken Livers #4471 and scooped some of the onions from that into the wok with the broccolini. I emphatically recommend adding some sauteed onions to this dish. I certainly will make this again!
Well these are the bees knees. Crunchy, delicious and perfect for us. I had some cool weather broccoli growing (small heads) and wanted to use these little crowns up. So good and so yummy. I added a bit of garlic (saute' with crowns) and some course ground pepper. At the end of cooking time, I splashed a bit of Tabasco, (I love hot sauce!) on mine. The oyster sauce has plenty of salt taste so I didn't add any extra salt. I also added some chicken tenders towards the end, browned them, and tasted great! Thanks so much, Maito! Will be using this again and again.
