Broccoli casserole - Easy to make and tastes great. There's never any left! I'm not sure where the recipe came from but it is very good.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook onion in margarine (low heat).
  3. Mix soup, water, and milk.
  4. Add broccoli, cheese, and rice.
  5. Add onion and margarine.
  6. Stir all ingredients together.
  7. Pour in a 2qt casserole dish.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
