Delicious and easy to make.
- 2 (10 ounce) pkges. frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted
- 1⁄2 small onion, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- Mix all ingredients and put in a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Just what I was looking for! I used a 16 oz. bag of frozen broccoli and didn't thaw it, but rather added some baking time. Really good!
What a YUMMY broccoli casserole! DH and DS went back for seconds. I followed the recipe with a few small changes. I steamed fresh broccoli (not all the way) in the microwave and let it cool. I also added some cheddar cheese to the mixture. I used light mayo to cut more of the fat but added it back I guess with the cheese :). This one will go into my broccoli rotation.
