This ia a very easy yummy recipe. My husband never eats breakfast and he loves this recipe. I love how simple and quick it is. Hope you enjoy it!

My extended family loves this recipe! It is heavy on the protein, and that's what I need to start my day. Even my pickiest grandkids will eat it, and no sugar highs!
Can be put in the frig overnight, then baked in the morning or assembled on the spot and baked.
Couple hints though-
I add a half cup of onions with it.
Don't even think about salt and pepper - the ham and bacon take care of that.
It takes longer to cook than it says - about an hour and 15 minutes for it to set up.
If you cover it with tin foil and just take it off after about 45 minutes, it will bake more evenly and still have time to brown on top.

- 12 eggs
- 1 cup milk (I use 2% but you can use any kind.)
- 16 ounces of shredded hash browns
- 1 lb bacon
- 16 ounces ham, cubes
- 1 lb of shredded cheese

- Whip together eggs and milk and pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Cook bacon and crumble. Put bacon into the egg mixture. Put ham cubes into the bacon, egg, and milk mixture. Put shredded hashbrowns on top of ham, bacon, egg, and milk mixture. Put cheese on top of entire mixture. Bake in oven set at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Serve with extra cheese and/or salsa.
