Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) carton blueberry yogurt (or any flavor you like)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 10 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Let it rip in the blender on high until the ice cubes are smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and sip away.

I made this today, but im sorry to say i wasn't as pleased with the results as i thought i would be. To me it tasted more like a lushie than a smoothie and alittle too sweet, maybe it was just the yougurt i used. And it also took forever to blend all the ice cubes.

I made this using "Layered fruit yogurt". Gosh, it's addictive!! Thank you for this master blaster in a glass!
