s'kat's Graham Cracker-Coconut Pie Crust #32514 (posted by s'kat) with a no-bake cream cheese filling topped with blue berry pie filling makes this extra special (cooking time is if you make the pie crust) Chill time not included which should be at least 4 hours.

My mother used to make a recipe like this when I was a child and I loved it. I have her recipes and had not been able to find the one she made. I found your recipe and thought it sounded allot like what I could remember my mom's recipe tasted like. I made a double recipe yesterday. It is wonderful and just like I remember! Wow, does this bring back memories. My husband loved it too. We have already eaten one of the pies and started on the other one this morning for breakfast! Thank you so much. This is so good and easy too.
