Easy Bisquick Cornbread

"A moist, sweet cornbread using bisquick. Based on "Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix Copycat Using Bisquick", Recipe #356178."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄3 cups Bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1⁄3 cup sugar (or less, to taste)
• 2⁄3 cup milk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup frozen corn, thawed

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 square pan or a 9 inch, deep dish pie pan.
2. Stir dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
3. In a separate bowl, mix milk and eggs together.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry, add corn, and stir until just mixed.
5. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
