Easy quick bread with ingredients everyone has in their home!!!

- Preheat oven to 35O°F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Stir in nuts (optional).
- Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
No baking temp... I tried 425 F and it came out burnt, so I would try 400.
Very easy to make and very tasty... I used shredded mozzarella and cheese... Copy cat Bisquick (I made months ago sitting in a plastic bag)... Very good... the taste reminds me of a sweet corn muffin... the texture I think of a muffin. Very very good. I used cupcake tins 15-18 minutes... It made 12 and they will be gone very fast. Note: they do not brown...
Great recipe - I added dried fruit to one load and cheese and onions to another loaf. Wonderful to use for Christmas gifts; people think it takes all day!
